Imagination allows us to escape the predictable. It enables us to reply to the common wisdom that we cannot soar by saying, 'Just watch!' ~ Bill Bradley
For as long as I can remember, the "Great Escape" has been living inside my head. In my case, it was the escape to a happier, more authentic life; the activating of greater purpose; and the motivating of others toward self leadership and more harmonized society.
But I've gone way beyond mere thoughts and imaginations.
Over the course of time, I've repeatedly pioneered my way out of confined spaces and created new avenues of growth to give rise to my inner spirit and vision.
That same "Great Escape" lives in the hearts and minds of many, including Britain's Stuart L. Morris who created a global podcast by the same name. To my delight, he recently invited me to join him as a featured guest.
If the Great Escape dwells within you, I invite you to listen in to this engaging conversation where we cover topics like:
- What it's like to endure the "slow, laboring drain" and discover need-for-change body warning signs
- Stepping out and processing through the challenges of change
- Becoming a "serial escapee" when you know it's time to grow again
- Changing your perspectives and using challenges as positive catalysts
- Smiling through the journey
As always, expect me to share personal stories so you can make your own connections and head toward self-leadership.
You can listen this podcast in a variety of ways. Click here for iTunes, Stitcher, Spotify or the Great Escape site.
Best wishes as you pioneer your Great Escape, too!
