We have told you why Xbox one is better than PS 4, before. However, if you weren’t convinced then you have more than one good reason to read this article. We give you three awesome reasons for why you should own Sony’s latest beast from the East. It’s one hot console and has sold the most units compared to its competition this generation. Without further ado, here is why you should invest in it:
Games, Games, and more Games
There is no better reason to get a console other than its games library and since November 2013, we have seen the PS4 library grow. From triple-A bestsellers to indie gems, there are enough games to keep you busy and entertained for hours. There are some hot exclusives that you can’t find on the Xbox One either. We have already seen "Ratchet and Clank" and "Street Fighter V" get positive reviews this year. Now, the biggest exclusive of the year from Sony’s Naughty Dog is none other than "Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End." The game revolves around Nathan Drake’s final adventure — perhaps his greatest one yet.
Last year, we saw FromSoftware’s critically acclaimed "Bloodborne" release, which is a must-have on the PS4. Other than that, the best multiplatform triple-A games such as "Destiny," "Tom Clancy’s The Division," "Just Cause 3," "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt," and the latest "Dark Souls 3" are all available on the PS4. If you buy the PS4 for games, then you are covered.
SharePlay, Live streaming, Rest Mode, and Remote Play
You got the best games on the PS4 and you want to show off your accomplishments to your friends. It’s a lot easier on the PS4; all you need to do is press the share button and voila, 15 minutes of your last gameplay will be ready for sharing, whether it’s on Facebook, YouTube, or now Dailymotion.
Live streaming is also easy to set up and the latest “Play Together” feature allows you to join gameplay sessions without any hassle. That brings us to SharePlay. Provided you have a strong Internet connection, SharePlay allows you to literally get a virtual buddy in your game. Your virtual friend can also take control of your gameplay and help you win an annoying boss battle in Bloodborne, for example. Thanks to the PS4, you can take gaming interactivity to a whole new level.
Remote Play has expanded in 2016 from selected Xperia handsets, PS Vita to PC, and Mac after the latest 3.50 update. Now we can experience the PS4 on our PC!
The PS4 has a great future with some excellent titles on the way. Horizon Zero Dawn and No Man’s Sky are very promising indeed. At the same time, the PlayStation VR will bring 50 new games, which is something exciting to look forward to when it releases in October. We believe PS VR will change the face of Virtual Reality gaming and set the course for gaming’s future in this generation.
We don’t know if a new 4K-capable PS4 SKU is coming, but we do think the current edition is excellent as it is. Join the 36 million-plus army of PS4 gamers worldwide and you won’t regret it!
