I can tell you immediately from the bottom of my heart that I am not a 'muslim sympathizer'.  The atrocious acts created by ISIS is by no way justified in any manner.  ISIS has spent their time handling infidels in the most gruesome medeival-age manner imaginable. Beheadings, torture, gas bombing, capturing, killing of women and children.  They are a modern age barbarianistic invasion of the Roman Empire.  With that being said, I understand what the title of this article implies and I want everyone to take a good look at it.  Really sink it in.  THE USA CREATED TERRORISM.  There have always been conflicts with Jerusalem and Palestine for a very long time.

It really started with Jimmy Carter, in a very good notion, in attempting to establish peace between Palestine and Jerusalem.

Carter's and Secretary of State Cyrus Vance's exploratory meetings gave a basic plan for reinvigorating the peace process based on a Geneva Peace Conference and had presented three main objectives for Arab-Israeli peace: Arab recognition of Israel's right to exist in peace, Israel's withdrawal from occupied territories gained in the Six Day War through negotiating efforts with neighboring Arab nations to ensure that Israel's security would not be threatened and securing an undivided Jerusalem.

There was no intent for the Anwar Sadat to sign the negotiations with Jimmy Carter.  But Jimmy Carter being his Jimmy Carter self had created gifts of sentiment at when Anwar Sadat would sign.  They were basically photos of him and his family signed by Jimmy Carter, having wanted to gift these to Anwar at the time of signing.  Just as Anwar was getting ready to leave as always at repeated attempts of negotiation, Jimmy had spoken of his family photos, and how he wanted to give these to him for his agreement to peace.  This moved Anwar Sadat.  It was at that point the peace treaty was signed.

Not all was at peace in Jerusalem and Palestine however.  Although most Israelis supported the Accords, the Israeli settler movement opposed them because Sadat would not agree to a treaty in which Israel had any presence in the Sinai Peninsula at all, Israel had to withdraw from the entire Sinai Peninsula.[27] Israeli settlers tried to prevent the government from dismantling their settlements. There were many other reasons why the Palestine did not enjoy this forced moving.  At the same time - things got much much worse.

In come Nixon. He saw what was going on down there and wanted to put a stop to it.  We sent bombs.  We supplied guns.  We did everything we could to establish this level of 'peace' and maintain it.  Nixon had some bad ideas.  This is one really bad idea.  As it just turned original bad sentiments and made them worse.

When did the terrorist bombings start?  Around the late 70's. Interesting. Regardless, our need for oil in the 90's didn't help either. We have been continuously ransacking oil and resources from those countries with the help of European nationals and forming a coalition called NATO, in which we actively go into the middle-eastern countries and kill anyone that stands in our way.

Thinking about the Iraq War and the Arab Spring.  We have pissed, shit, spat on, and destroyed the land of the Muslim faith.  I am not talking just terrorists that we're fighting here.  I'm talking about countless casualties that have occurred during these battles.

You can see just by Googling "Middle-East Casualties" you find there are plenty of numbers easily exceeding in the hundreds of thousands.  Some as small as 100,000 and others to 500,000+. Many studies have been done on this but yet none of which seems to be of concern to the American people.  It sucks to look at glaring problems and reconsile with them.  Especially one as bad as this.

Lets take a look at some numbers and items posted on wikipedia for civilian casualties (Iraq War):

Source Estimated violent deaths Time period
Iraq Family Health Survey 151,000 violent deaths March 2003 to June 2006
Lancet survey 601,027 violent deaths out of 654,965 excess deaths March 2003 to June 2006
Opinion Research Business survey 1,033,000 deaths as a result of the conflict March 2003 to August 2007
PLOS Medicine Survey[2] Approximately 500,000 deaths in Iraq as direct or indirect result of the war. March 2003 to June, 2011

Body counts:

Source Documented deaths from violence Time period
Associated Press 110,600 violent deaths March 2003 to April 2009
Iraq Body Count project 112,667–123,284 civilian deaths from violence. 174,000 civilian and combatant deaths[4][5][6][7] March 2003 to March 2013
Classified Iraq War Logs[4][8][9][10] 109,032 deaths including 66,081 civilian deaths.[11][12] January 2004 to December 2009

Ohh... Oh.  Oh my.  Okay lets see if we can see how many of our troops have been killed.

A total of 4,491 U.S. service members were killed in Iraq between 2003 and 2014.

Wow. We're pretty efficient. But if we want to talk about how many of these deaths happen to be just civilians. Passer bys - non-terrorist and may not even be Muslim were killed.  Men, women, children, fathers, sons, daughters.

So ISIS comes in, a militaristic group with the intent of establishing a global caliphate sounds pretty good to get the Americans and Europoeans out of their country.  ISIS provides a solution to the void to a lot of muslims, who believe they really have suffered due to the USA's horrible foreign policy.

ISIS: "Hey little Arab boy would you like to join us so you can avenge the death of your family and get a paycheck while doing it?"

Arab boy: "Yo that sounds awesome dawg."
(The Arab boy could have grown up in Harlem. I don't know.)

ISIS: "Oh great! Here's a gun and go fight them over here. Take over this town there and kill any Europeans or Americans you see."

Notice... nothing regarding the religion was stated.  I know this is a dramatisation but it really is true.  This happens all the time.  Lets say the Muslims have been pillaging our country killing 100,000+ of civilians - would you sit down or would you fight?

It's time to stop the killing. Share this article and let others know. let the politicians know we are not interested in funding the military industrial complex any longer.
